From November 2024, enjoy a complimentary winter package at no extra cost to you. This package includes essential protective measures, such as insulation and heat packs, to safeguard your plants against cold damage during transit.

Weather Monitoring: We will always check the local and destination weather before shipping to ensure conditions are optimal.

Extreme Weather Situations: In cases of extreme weather, we may decide to hold shipments to guarantee the safety of your plants. Customers have the right to cancel their orders any time before they are shipped. However, cancellations are not allowed once a shipment notification has been sent.
