As we continue to prioritize the health and safety of our plants during the colder months, we've implemented a Winter Shipping Policy to guide our customers through the process:

Enjoy a complimentary winter package on us with any order exceeding $399. This offer ensures your plants arrive in optimal condition during the colder months, at no extra cost to you.

Winter Package Requirement: Starting November, it is essential for customers to select our specially designed Winter Package when placing an order. This package includes necessary measures, such as insulation and heat packs, to protect plants against cold damage during transit.

Complaints & Reimbursement: Please note that if an order is placed without the Winter Package, we will not be able to entertain any complaints regarding the condition of the received plant. Furthermore, no reimbursements or returns will be accepted for orders that have opted out of the Winter Package.

Customer Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the Winter Package is added to their order during the checkout process. We believe in transparency and wish to provide our customers with the best possible experience, which includes ensuring plants arrive in optimal condition.

Extreme Weather Situations: In instances of extreme weather conditions, we may deem it necessary to hold the shipping to ensure the safety of the plants. Customers retain the right to cancel their order any time before it has been shipped.
