We strive for your complete satisfaction. If you have concerns about the health or condition of the plant you've received, please reach out to us within 7 days from the date of receipt.

1. Send us clear pictures/videos along with a detailed description of the issue.
2. After evaluating the problem, if deemed valid, we will provide you with shop credits for future purchases, up to 50% of the original purchase value.
